1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Consumable items once unsealed
- Products purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged)
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be returned via original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders)
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
If approved, instructions for return/replacement will be shared.
4. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in case of:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect product delivered
Replacement will be processed after verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplements or capsules
- Oils and personal care products once used
- Honey or ingestible products once opened
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
